Procrastination Eradicated


1) Think about what you want to accomplish. Imagine how
you will feel once your goals are reached.
  • The free time.
  • The relaxation.
  • The money
  • The satisfaction, etc.
2) Make a list of the things to do. Big and small.

3) Divide the big things into smaller parts. 

4) Rearrange the list so that the most important things come in first. 

5) Next to the small goals, write a small reward. Such as: five minute break or a snack. 

6) Next to the big goals, write a big reward. Such as: Watching a movie or going for a walk. 

7) Before beginning an activity from the list, place the reward where you can see it. Once the activity is completed, reward yourself with it.
